Description
TiAmo is a modern Aquila power catamaran that pairs a motor yacht's brisk pace with the steadiness of twin hulls. In Greek waters that matters. Passages between islands go by quickly, leaving more of the day for swimming, lunch at anchor and an evening ashore. Once the anchor is down she sits level and calm, so a meal on deck or an afternoon nap is undisturbed. Her contemporary lines open the saloon onto the decks, and guests move easily between shade and sun, indoors and out, without the yacht ever feeling divided into separate rooms.
Below, the master suite spans her full beam, with a king-size bed and its own television. The guest cabins each have a queen bed. Every cabin has its own en-suite bathroom, and hair dryers are provided. Natural light falls across soft, muted colours and modern finishes, giving the rooms a restful, uncluttered feel that suits a slow start after a late dinner. Her layout works well for a family or a group of friends who want time together on deck and real privacy when the day is done.
Life aboard centres on the decks. The aft cockpit is set up for long meals in the open air, with a BBQ close at hand. The flybridge has comfortable seating, room to stretch out in the sun and a wide view across the water as the light fades. A bimini and sun awning give shade. From the swim platform it is a short step into the sea. The toys include a sea scooter, Sea wings Jobe, wakeboard, water ski, tube, towable donut, paddleboard, kayak, snorkeling gear and noodles. A deck shower rinses off the salt, and the Brig tender carries guests ashore.
She is run by an all-female crew, known to guests for being professional, warm and attentive to detail. They shape each day around the people aboard and adjust plans to the wind and to what the group feels like doing, whether that is a quiet bay for swimming or an island village for the evening. The presentation and hospitality aboard have been formally recognised. After dark there is music through the Bluetooth system, television in the saloon and WiFi. UNO, backgammon and cards are on hand for anyone who prefers a game on deck under the stars.
