Description

SUMMER FUN is an Italian-built motor yacht from Admiral, recently refitted and well suited to the rhythm of island-hopping in Greek waters. Her brisk cruising pace is much of her appeal. A short passage after breakfast can bring a fresh harbour or a quiet bay into view while the morning is still cool. That leaves the afternoon for swimming and the evening for dinner ashore or on deck. She accommodates a family or a group of friends in comfort, with a professional crew to look after the boat, the meals and the small details of each day.

Much of life aboard drifts up to the flybridge. A retractable awning can be drawn across when the sun is high and pulled back again once the stars come out. Below, the salon is arranged for slower hours, with a large LG SMART LED TV and satellite television through an OTE receiver. A QNAP media server holds films and music, and a Sonos speaker with subwoofer fills the room with rich sound. WiFi keeps everyone connected, and device hookups mean guests can play their own playlists over lunch or late into the evening.

At anchor the sea becomes the playground. The Seabob draws swimmers gently beneath the surface to explore clear water, while the Jet Ski offers something quicker for those who want it. Water skis for adults and children, the tube and the banana boat bring plenty of laughter behind the sport tender. Calmer moments belong to the paddleboard and the snorkelling equipment, ideal for early mornings when the bay is glassy and still. Afterwards, the deck shower rinses away the salt before everyone settles back into the shade with a cold drink.

The pleasure of a crewed charter in Greece lies in letting each day find its own shape. Her crew watch the wind and the light, suggest a sheltered anchorage for lunch or a lively harbour for the evening, and take care of everything in between.
