Description
Serenissima is a sailing catamaran that suits island-hopping well: steady underway, broad and stable at anchor, and quick to turn a calm bay into a base for the day. She is a boat for people who enjoy real sailing, with the sheets eased and the hulls running quietly, and who also like to stop, swim and stay a while. A crewed charter in Greek waters rewards that rhythm, moving between islands at an unhurried pace and choosing each anchorage by the wind, the light and the mood aboard.
Most of the day is lived outside. Up on the flybridge there is room to stretch out in the sun, read, or watch the coastline slide past with a drink in hand as the evening comes on. Forward, a second cockpit offers seating in the breeze, a favourite spot once the anchor is down and the water below runs clear. Aft, the cockpit is shaded, and this is where lunches and late dinners tend to happen, with the BBQ close at hand and the deck shower waiting after a swim.
Inside, the saloon is bright, contemporary and generously proportioned, with a TV and stereo, device hookups and WiFi, and a Nebula projector that turns the evening into a cinema. A Nintendo Switch keeps younger guests occupied. Accommodation comprises an owner's suite and queen-bedded guest cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and there are yoga mats, weights and a foam roller for anyone who keeps a routine. A captain, hostess and chef look after the boat, the table and the small details, so guests need only decide where to swim next.
The toy list is long and well chosen. For speed there is a Seabob, Sea Wings and Sea Scooters, alongside a wakeboard, a monoski for adults and children, water skis for both, and a tube, inflatable donut and inflatable sofa towed behind the Lomac tender. Quieter hours suit the kayak, SUP and snorkelling gear, while anglers will find rods for trawling and spinning as well as a spearfishing rod. Xiaomi Scooters make light work of a harbour front once ashore.
