Pixie

Pixie is a young sailing catamaran, drawn with clean lines and a sense of space that suits the Ionian well. On a crewed charter here the pace is yours to set: a morning sail between green islands, lunch at anchor in a quiet bay, an evening ashore or on deck as the light softens. Her crew look after the sailing, the cooking and the small details, leaving guests free to swim, read, explore or do very little at all. She handles smoothly and stays well balanced under sail, so the passages between anchorages become a pleasure in themselves.

Much of the day is lived outside. Up on the flybridge there is room to stretch out and a table for unhurried meals, with the sea open on every side. Forward, the bow holds a Jacuzzi beside a lounging area, a lovely place for sunbathing, conversation over a drink or a few quiet minutes before breakfast. At the stern, the bathing platform sits just above the water, a natural terrace for slipping in for a swim, drying off in the sun or setting out with the toys. A BBQ, sound system and board games complete the life on deck.

Inside, the saloon is bright and open, with a dining table and sofa that feel more like a home than a boat. The galley is set down in the hull, so the chef can work out of sight and meals arrive without fuss. Every cabin has its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite adds a desk and a double-sink bathroom; there are queen cabins as well, and a flexible cabin pairs a double bed with an upper bunk, well suited to children travelling with their parents. TV and WiFi are aboard for those who want to stay connected.

For time in the water she is unusually well equipped. The E-Surf and Scuba Jet bring something different to an afternoon in a clear bay, alongside the Sea Scooter, Jobe Infinity Seascooter Pro Package, paddleboard, kayak and snorkeling equipment. Those who like speed can head out behind the Highfield tender on water skis, the Jobe Allegre Combo Waterskis Package, kneeboard, wakeboard or the Jobe Stimmel Multi Position Board, or ride the tube and towable airstream. There is a fishing rod for quieter moments, and gym equipment for anyone keeping up a routine.
