NADAMAS

NADAMAS is a sailing yacht of recent build, based in Greece and well suited to a family or a group of friends who would like to see the islands at the pace of the wind. Her days take the easy shape of a crewed charter: a morning under sail, the anchor down in a sheltered bay by lunchtime, and the next island considered only once everyone is ready to move on. She is a young yacht, launched in recent years.

She is unusually well equipped for time in the water. Adults and children each have their own water skis and wakeboards, so younger guests are not left waiting on the swim platform while the grown-ups take their turn. A Donut offers simpler fun towed behind the tender, while the Paddleboard suits a calm early hour before the breeze fills in. Fins and snorkels are kept ready for the clear shallows that Greek coves are known for, and the Jobe Infinity Pro sea scooter and Sea Scooter carry swimmers further along the rocks with little effort.

For those who prefer a line in the water, she carries Fishing Gear for casual casting from the stern as well as equipment for Deep Sea Fishing, an outing that can fill a morning and, with luck, supply the evening table. Her Aer Marine tender with its Yamaha outboard serves for towing skiers and wakeboarders, for exploring the coastline beyond the anchorage, and for taking guests ashore to a harbour taverna or a beach the yacht cannot reach.

Island-hopping on a crewed sailing yacht is one of the quieter pleasures of Greece, and NADAMAS is set up to make the most of it. Her crew look after the sailing, the anchoring and the running of the day, leaving guests free to swim, read on deck or simply watch the coast slip by. Plans can be shaped around the weather and the mood of the group, so that each day finds its own balance between time under sail and time spent at rest in calm water.
