APEIRON BLUE

Apeiron Blue is a motor yacht for those who like to cover water briskly and then stop somewhere quiet. Recently refitted and cruising wholly in Greece, she suits a family or a group of friends who want to see several islands without long passages eating into the day. A small professional crew looks after the running of the boat, so guests can settle into the rhythm of a crewed charter: breakfast at anchor, a swim before moving on, an unhurried lunch somewhere new, and the evening light on deck.

When she drops anchor, the swim platform becomes the centre of the day. There is a Sea Bob for gliding beneath the surface, snorkel gear for exploring clear shallows, and a paddleboard for calm mornings along the shore. For something livelier, the Highfield tender tows water skis for adults and children, a wakeboard and a Jobe towable sofa, so younger guests and grown-ups alike can take their turn. A deck shower rinses off the salt before everyone gathers for lunch.

Meals take full advantage of the outdoors. The BBQ brings grilled dishes to the table under an open sky, while the ice maker and wine cooler keep drinks properly cold through a warm afternoon. Evenings can be as sociable or as peaceful as the party wishes, with music from the salon stereo, films on the salon TV, and a supply of books and board games for slower hours after a long day spent in and around the water.

Practical comforts are well considered. A generator and inverter keep power steady at anchor, so there is no need to head for a marina simply to stay comfortable, and hair dryers are aboard for evenings ashore. Onboard WiFi runs over Starlink, which helps anyone who must stay in touch with home or office, even from a remote bay. The choice of where to spend the night can therefore rest on the view and the mood rather than on the signal.
